Volunteers Needed for Pathfinders Banquet - Oct 20th

SYNC will be assisting Pathfinder's Children's Ministry with their Annual Fundraising Banquet.  70 volunteers are needed to setup, greet, serve and clean up. 

The banquet will be held on Thursday, October 20th at Grace Church, 1220 Robb Drive in Reno.

Where help is needed

• Setting tables - 10 am-2 pm

• Serving plated dinners - 4:30-7:00 pm

• Plating food with caterer - 5:30-6:45

• Greeting guests - 5:00-6:30 pm

• Serving, refilling beverages -5:15-7:00 pm

• Clean-up - 8-9 pm (men invited to help with this)
